Job summary

Traditions of Hershey in Lebanon County is seeking a Personal Care Home Administrator licensed per state requirements to lead our senior living community. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory readiness, and uphold our commitment to dignity and quality of care.

The role requires a college degree and an active administrator license, strong English communication, and a proven ability to build a positive team atmosphere, drive occupancy, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• State-required college degree and administrator license or certification.
• Prior General Manager, Executive Director, or Administrator experience in healthcare preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure community readiness for inspections by regulators through audits and policy updates.
• Lead, develop, and support staff through role modeling and company culture.
• Serve as the sales leader to drive occupancy, marketing outreach, and referrals.
• Meet or exceed financial goals through revenue, expense, and labor management.
• Supervise the management team to ensure smooth operation meeting residents' needs.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Ensures that the community is prepared for inspection by regulatory agencies through regular auditing and updating of community policies and procedures, medical records documentation, environmental standards, etc.
• Lead,develop, and support staff through role modeling and the company culture
• Serveas sales leader of the community driving community occupancy, marketingoutreach, and referrals
• Meetor exceed the financial goals of the community through revenue generatingexpense management and labor control
• Supervise and leadthe community management team to ensure a smooth operation that meets theneeds of residents, families, associates and visitors

Qualifications:

• Collegedegree and administrator’s license/certification per state requirements
• Prior GeneralManager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the healthcare industry preferred
