The Position: The Personal Care Attendant II provides assistance to CEI participants in their homes or at the day center. The role requires knowledge and skills to deliver personal care and ADL/IADL support to frail elderly individuals, enabling them to live safely in the community. The PCA II offers care according to the participant’s care plan, compliant with PACE regulations.
The hourly rate for the Personal Care Attendant II - Home Care position at Center For Elders Independence ranges from $21.89 to $32.73, based on market conditions, experience, skills, and work history.

This role involves physical activity such as standing, talking, hearing, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Frequent stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds are necessary. The ability to push or pull objects over 150 pounds with proper body mechanics is required. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception.
