SYNERGY HomeCare of Lakewood is seeking compassionate personal care attendants to provide individualized, in-home support. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help maintain safety and comfort in clients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable).
• Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
