Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in California seeks a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to provide one-on-one in-home care, including daily living activities, meal preparation, and safety monitoring. You will support clients in their homes with dignity and respect, creating a comfortable, safe environment for daily routines and mobility.

Preferred bilingual ability (Spanish or English/Mandarin) along with reliability, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be caring, dependable, and able to work independently in clients' homes.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish or English/Mandarin preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate bedside manner required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders and ensure home safety, mobility, and transfers as needed.

As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Providecompassionate, one-on-one supportto clients in their homes
