Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Lakewood is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to provide in-home, non-medical support to clients in Glendale, CA. You will help with daily living activities, offer companionship, prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping and safe mobility under the care team's guidance.

Qualifications

• HCA certification or equivalent preferred.
• TB test may be required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety in the home.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Support transportation to appointments or errands as needed.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
