As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Providecompassionate, one-on-one supportto clients in their homes
• Assist withactivities of daily livingsuch as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Offercompanionshipand emotional support to promote overall well-being
• Prepare meals and assist withlight housekeeping
• Providemedication remindersand ensure safety throughout the home
• Assist withmobility and transfers, using proper techniques
• Support clients withtransportationto appointments or errands (if applicable)
• Communicate regularly with the care team to ensureconsistent, high-quality care
