SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate personal care attendant to provide in-home care to clients in their own homes. This role emphasizes serving others with a warm, patient-centered approach and ensuring clients’ comfort and safety on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities; preparing light meals; light housekeeping; companionship; reminders for medications; and accompanying clients to appointments or errands.

Competitive pay ($18.00 - $23.00)

Employee recognition programs
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Provide mobility assistance, including walking, transferring, and positioning.
Help with toileting and incontinence care.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Remind clients to take medications.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities.
Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition.
Follow the care plan and communicate with supervisors about client needs.
