Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Lakewood is seeking caring, bilingual Personal Care Attendants to provide compassionate, in-home assistance to clients in California. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping with daily tasks, meals, mobility, and safety, while delivering companionship and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or in progress.
• TB test clearance is required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are must-haves.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home personal care to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure home safety.

• Competitive pay between $18.50-$25.00

As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
