Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring, dependable, and bilingual Personal Care Attendants (Spanish or English/Mandarin) for in-home non-medical support in La Cañada Flintridge, CA. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care and assist with daily living activities to help clients maintain independence at home.

We offer competitive pay of $18.50–$25.00 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and employee

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
• Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)
• Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
