Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care is expanding in Northwest Arkansas to provide non-medical care, including respite care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, ADL assistance, and more. The team aims to deliver compassionate, high-quality personal care with options and growth opportunities.

Caregivers are offered starting pay, benefits, and education support, along with a weekend differential and opportunities for ongoing professional development within Circle of Life

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and sitting.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments.
• Run errands and transport clients to events.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping assistance.
• Recreational activities such as crafting, letter writing, or exercise.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Specific Duties May Include:

• Companionship and sitting.
