Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care in Fayetteville, AR seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care. You will offer companionship, assist with ADLs, transportation, meal prep, and light housekeeping to support clients in their daily lives.

We offer flexible PRN scheduling, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, education assistance up to $2,500 annually, and opportunities to pursue PCA/CNA certifications, with annual increases based on performance and a benefits package for

Qualifications

• Caregiver qualifications include prior caregiving experience preferred, ability to build rapport with clients, and dependable work habits.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and sitting with clients.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Recreational activities and transportation to events.
• Medication reminders and other duties as assigned.

Specific Duties May Include

• Companionship and sitting.

• Errand running and transportation to events.

• Assisting with recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, exercising etc.
