Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care is hiring caring caregivers in Northwest Arkansas. The role emphasizes companionship, personal care, and transportation to appointments, with flexible PRN scheduling to fit student or class schedules.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a weekend differential, plus education assistance up to $2,500 annually for employees meeting requirements and opportunities for ongoing training and certification support. Paid time off is available for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and maintain dependable work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid and current driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.
• Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and sitting.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Run errands and accompany to events.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Support recreational activities such as crafts or exercises.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications
