Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care in Northwest Arkansas offers non-medical caregiving roles including companionship, ADL assistance, transportation, meal prep, and light housekeeping. We focus on a compassionate approach and matching caregivers to clients’ needs.

Caregivers may have PRN flexibility to fit class schedules, with paid drive time and mileage, education assistance up to $2,500 annually, and opportunities for PCA/CNA certification along with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid and current driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• Must meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transportation and assistance to appointments.
• Errand running and transportation to events.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping assistance.
• Recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, exercising, etc.
• Medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.
