Job summary

Circle of Life Personal Care in Northwest Arkansas seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical support, companionship, and transportation to clients in assigned territories.

The position offers a minimum $16.50 per hour, with annual increases based on performance, paid time off for full and part time staff, health insurance for full-time staff, a retirement plan, mileage reimbursement, and education assistance including PCA certification training.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping assistance.
• Assisting with recreational tasks such as crafting or exercising.
• Medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Caregiver Qualifications
