Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice in Northwest Arkansas seeks caring caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support, companionship, and assistance across assignments in Bentonville and surrounding areas.

The team offers a starting pay of $16.50 per hour, with annual increases, flexible scheduling, paid time off for full-time staff, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for education assistance including PCA certification training and CE programs.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation.
• Meet pre-employment screening criteria.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transportation and assistance to appointments.
• Errand running and transportation to events.
• Meal preparation.
• Assisting with light housekeeping.
• Assisting with recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, exercising, etc.
• Medication reminders.
• Other duties as assigned.
