Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Fruitland, Idaho, is seeking a compassionate PCA for the full-time evening shift to support residents with daily living activities and foster independence in a warm community.

You will assist with ADLs, interact with residents respectfully, and document care while adhering to HIPAA and Edgewood policies. Training is provided, and you join a team that values dignity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred.
• Must demonstrate compassion and respect for residents.
• Willingness to participate in training and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as dressing, showers and daily living activities.
• Provide kind, dignified interactions with residents.
• Document cares accurately and timely.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies and procedures.
