Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at our Mitchell Memory Care community in South Dakota. You will help residents with daily activities to promote independence and confidence in their golden years, working with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, maintaining dignity and respect, documenting care, and adhering to HIPAA and Edgewood policies. Employment offers include benefits and potential for growth within a Midwest senior care provider.

• Prior caregiving experience (desired).
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
