Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a dedicated PCA to provide compassionate resident care at our Billings, Montana community. This full‑time role runs 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday or Sunday–Wednesday, with responsibilities including assisting with ADLs, dressing, bathing, and promoting independence for our seniors.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain HIPAA privacy, document cares, and participate in our safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares such as dressing, showers, and other ADLs.
• Demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions.
• Document cares appropriately.
• Follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies.
