Job summary

Noah Homes in Spring Valley, CA, is looking for compassionate Full-Time Direct Support Professionals to provide care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this fulfilling role, you will help improve their daily living skills while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

The position offers a starting pay of $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates are empathetic individuals who are eager to learn and support the community.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
• Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
• Able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
• Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a Direct Support Professional, You'll

• Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive.

Requirements

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

• Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).

Working Hours

• Level 2 & 3 Homes: 4 days on / 3 days off, split shifts (6:00 AM–10:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM), plus one 10–12 hour weekend shift.
• Level 6 Homes: Traditional 4–5 day workweek with 8-hour shifts.
• Schedules are assigned based on team and resident needs.
