This Full-Time Awake Overnight role operates in our Memory Care Unit, delivering patient, personalized care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; experience is a plus.
• Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
• Able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
• Driver's license with a clean record for more than 3 years.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Compassionately provide assistance and supervision for all residents with personalized care and empathy.
• Ensure residents' safety by addressing their needs with respect and maintaining a secure environment.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom.
• Heavy housekeeping (mopping, sweeping, laundry, deep cleaning kitchen & bathrooms).
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.

Your Day-to-Day

Working Hours

The schedule for this Full-Time Awake Overnight position in our Memory Care Unit is 4 days on, 2 days off, rotating. This shift requires the staff member to remain awake throughout the night, providing supervision, support, and care to residents as needed.
