Interim HealthCare of Newnan, GA is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver to support seniors at home with compassionate, client-centered care. This role offers flexible scheduling, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for online training and CEUs.

You’ll provide ADL assistance, companionship, and medication reminders, while maintaining a safe home environment and documenting client status for supervisors. Training and certification support are available.

Competenze

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required or preferred.
• Active Personal Care Aide certification in GA (Interim can assist with certification).
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening.
• Valid GA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and support to help seniors live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping and transportation.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition; notify supervisor of concerns.
• Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).

As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
