Job summary

Care with Dignity at Home LLC is hiring Male PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs to deliver compassionate home care in the Fredericksburg area, including Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Prince William counties.

Qualifications

• Must have previous caregiving experience and Certification or license.
• Follow care plan accurately to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in care tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and reliable care with dignity.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, exercise).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using mobility aids/equipment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary requirements are met; assist with shopping.

SHIFTS OFFERED

We offer flexible hours, which include days, evenings, and weekends.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE IN

Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Prince William counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide our clients with safe, compassionate, and reliable care with dignity.
• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and exercising.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using mobility aids and equipment.
• Medication reminder.
• Basic food preparation: assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met and shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Veteran care, Alzheimer's care, and Dementia care.
• Back-up care (or respite) services: providing other caregivers a break.

Requirements

• Previous experience and must have certification or license
• Ability to follow care plan accurately.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
