Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification required (PCA Online training available).
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and two professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
