Job summary

Care with Dignity at Home LLC is hiring PCAs to support clients in Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Prince William counties with safe, dignified in-home care. We offer flexible shifts that include days, evenings, and weekends to match your schedule and our clients’ needs.

• Back-up care (or respite) services: giving other caregivers a break.

• -Provide our clients with safety, compassionate, and reliable care with dignity.
• -Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• – Assist with mobility and transfers, including using mobility aids and equipment.
• – Medication reminder.
• – Basic food preparation: assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met and shopping.
• – Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client’s living space.
• – Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• -Back-up care (or respite) services: giving other caregivers a break.

Requirements:

• -Previous experience and must have certification.
• -Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
• -Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately.
• -Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• -Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• -Must pass a background check and drug screening
