Care with Dignity at Home LLC is hiring part-time PCAs to deliver compassionate, patient-focused home care in Spotsylvania and Stafford counties. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship while upholding safety and dignity for clients.

The role requires prior caregiving experience and a valid PCA/HHA/CNA certificate, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifikationen

• Must have certification (PCA, HHA or CNA)
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client’s living space.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Shift Information

SHIFTS OFFERED: We offer flexible hours, which include days, evenings, and weekends.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE IN: Spotsylvania and Stafford counties.
