Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming lobby environment, manage queue and schedule meetings.
• Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank procedures.
