You will assist with day-to-day banking, open new accounts, and guide clients through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their needs wherever they are.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or financial services preferred.
• Ability to greet clients warmly and build trust.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and self-service options.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools.
