• Foster banking relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across banking lines and communicate across teams.
• Act as the customer's personal banker to strengthen relationships and offer suitable products.
• Cross-sell products and perform related clerical tasks and account maintenance.
• Originate and maintain customer accounts including deposits and digital services.
• Handle inquiries and complete transactions accurately, in person, by phone, or digitally.
• Promote digital product adoption and support branch staff.
• Assist Branch Management with daily operations and data reporting.
