Job summary

Park National Bank in Cincinnati is seeking an energetic Personal Banker to provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships. You will resolve issues, coordinate sales efforts across retail and business lines, and act as the customer's trusted banking partner.

The role requires 2-4 years in banking or related fields, strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability. The position is full-time, on-site, with travel within Park National footprint as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates by ensuring prompt, professional interactions that fully align with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Foster and strengthen retail banking customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex customer issues/concerns.
• Coordinate sales efforts, retail, and business relationship management activities across lines of business such as Banking Center Network, Mortgage Lending, Commercial/Cash Management, Wealth Management.
• Act as the customer's personal banker, strengthening relationships and offering products that align with customer needs, delivering exceptional service.
• Execute retail banking initiatives and strategies through consultative relationship management.
• Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical tasks, such as account and customer maintenance.
• Originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts, including Retail Deposit Accounts, Digital Products and Services, Small Business Deposit Accounts.
• Address inquiries and complete transactions promptly, accurately, and within designated authority; in person, by phone, virtual, or digital/website.
