Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and associates per Park Promises standards.
• Foster retail banking relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across banking lines (Mortgage Lending, Wealth Management, etc.).
• Act as the customer's personal banker to strengthen relationships and cross-sell products.
• Support branch operations and complete training to maintain product knowledge.
