KeyBank Glenmont, NY is seeking a Personal Banker to be a problem solver and trusted advisor for individuals and small businesses, engaging clients to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness.

The role focuses on opening accounts, building relationships, and partnering with branch teams to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.

Mansioni

• Open personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, deposits, home equity, CDs).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; may include Saturdays.
