The role emphasizes proactive calls, in-branch service, and collaboration with teammates to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.

The incumbent will open accounts, advise on products, and meet sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a branch setting.

• Minimum 1+ years of developing current and new customer relationships.
• Experience meeting sales goals and building referral networks.
• Comfortable engaging with small business clients and asking insightful questions.

• Open consumer and small business accounts and deposits.
