Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover financial needs, and guide solutions for financial wellness in our Greece, NY area branch. You will build relationships with individuals and small businesses, helping them achieve their financial goals while meeting sales and service objectives.

You will open accounts, support day-to-day branch operations, and collaborate with partners across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Requires strong client relationships and ability to drive sales through conversations and needs-based guidance.
• Must be able to open and manage various accounts and understand consumer credit basics.
• Ability to work with branch teammates and partners to grow existing relationships.
• Must comply with operational, risk, security and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions for financial wellness.
• Open personal and business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business line partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations, including teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.
