Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hospitality ambassador guiding clients and handling transactions.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and identify client needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve solutions.
• Refer clients to partners to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with AML laws and regulatory requirements.
