Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients in a service environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills with conciseness and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Be the hospitality ambassador guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Process accurate, daily banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve options; reference suitable solutions.
• Identify client opportunities and refer to partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Address routine client inquiries with professionalism and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products and adhere to risk and regulatory standards.
