Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience accepted).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients; hospitality ambassador guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Handle everyday banking transactions accurately while deepening relationships and referring clients to partners.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options; recommend solutions to meet financial goals.
• Identify and address routine client questions and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of basic banking products and services to evaluate client solutions.
