• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Completion of required compliance and training curriculum for basic account opening.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and satisfaction.
• Service customers by processing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and cashier’s checks.
• Assist with daily branch operations and maintain cash drawer balance.
• Open and modify accounts in accordance with policy and customer needs.
• Support in promoting bank products and cross-selling to customers.
