Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative duties to ensure excellent service.
• Provide transactional support at the service area and maintain accuracy.
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare related documents.
• Assist with loan applications and credit/debit product processing.
• Maintain security procedures and compliance with policies.
• Interact with customers in person or by phone and support multiple branches.
