• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative functions to deliver great customer experience.
• Provide transactional support and dual control as applicable (50%).
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare related documentation (50%).
• Input and close personal loan applications including DDA lines of credit, credit card applications, auto, boat, CD and other loans.
• Assist customers with requests, complaints and follow-up to resolve matters.
• Adhere to security procedures, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
