Ideal candidates have 1+ years of customer service, cash handling or sales experience, and a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. This full-time role is on-site at our local banking center and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain high-value consumer and business client relationships.
• Cross-sell products and services through customer profiles.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Balance cash, perform teller transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
• Train and mentor colleagues as needed.
