Qualifications

• Provide consistent service excellence online and in-person.
• Perform all teller line duties and balance branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate effectively on the Retail floor, including teller duties.
• Open all types of deposit accounts and handle account maintenance.
• Grant and service secured and unsecured loans.
• Promote and cross-sell bank services and products.
• Develop customer relationships through outside calling.
• Serve existing customers in accordance with policies and procedures.
