Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer profile and identify financial needs using consultative sales and NFAs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
