Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis.
Professional appearance and communication.
Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

Build customer profiles using the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
Use CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment Partners to provide holistic solutions.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
