Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for analysis of credit and financial information.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Cross-sell within the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish close working relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
