Fifth Third Bank in Holland, Ohio is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker II after completing a 9 week onboarding program that includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. Certification will follow to demonstrate skills for the Retail Personal Banker role.

The position emphasizes sales development and relationship building through deposits, loans, and fee-based services, while adhering to bank policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to develop sales and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Strong math skills for credit and financial analyses.
• Professional appearance and clear communication.
• Familiarity with Retail policies and procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at employment.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services to recommend solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to business partners for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet customer experience and production goals.
• Protect customer information and follow risk policies.
• Support Sales team and assist in training others.
