The program includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to operate as a Retail Personal Banker.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, deposits, loans, and fee-based services while maintaining strong customer relationships, risk awareness, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to profile customers and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers for financial reviews and set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and uphold risk requirements.
• Advise CSRs on sales/referral processes and maintain confidentiality.
