Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Must understand advanced math functions for credit analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify financial needs for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and suggest suitable solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners for referrals to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the Manager.
• Travel for training as required.
