Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to perform advanced math for credit analysis.
• Understanding of Retail policies and procedures.
• Must meet S.A.F.E. Act/NMLS registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to assess financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and upsell solutions.
• Coordinate with CAMP and other marketing tools to set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a professional demeanor and ethics.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policy and procedure guidelines.
• Participate in opening/closing processes of Financial Centers or Bank Marts.
