Southern Bank is seeking a dedicated Personal Banker II to cultivate customer relationships, identify financial needs, and promote bank products. You will participate in a welcoming lobby experience and work with the Branch Retail Manager to drive sales and deposit growth.

In this role, you will support team members, develop community ties through events, and ensure adherence to privacy and information security standards while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with customers and teammates.
• Able to identify financial needs and present appropriate bank products and services.
• Experience with cash handling and basic banking operations.
• Knowledge of cash management products and online/mobile banking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Builds new customer relationships through frequent interactions and proactive outreach.
• Partners with Branch Retail Manager to drive sales and deposit growth.
• Assists in lobby leadership, guiding customers to appropriate team members.
• Participates in community events to raise branch visibility and business.
• Mentors branch staff and supports daily operations while ensuring compliance.
