Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week onboarding program focused on operations and sales. You will use consultative sales to identify and meet customer needs, cross-sell products, and build relationships at financial centers or bank marts.

Travel for training may be required. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong math skills, professionalism, and the ability to represent Fifth Third Bank with integrity.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell to existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Strong math skills for credit and financial data analysis.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at employment.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with partners and referrals for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
